I am delighted to write this testimonial for SEI Electrical Contractors. I recently attended a client meeting to discuss their fire safety arrangements. As we determined what measures were in place and what needed implementing, the client expressed their disappointment in their current fire alarm service provider. He explained that they had been contacted several times about a faulty detector and to carry out the 6-monthly service, subsequent appointments has been booked and cancelled at the last minute. It was at this point I stepped in and asked if they would like me to recommend an alternative supplier? He agreed that he would, so I passed him the details for SEI and they made contact straight away. Mike arranged a site visit, made recommendations for improvements, and provided a cost to undertake the work. The work was completed exactly as quoted and the engineers turned up as arranged. There were even some faults identified with the existing system, but Mike and the team left no stone unturned until this has been rectified. SEI has now become a trusted partner for the company and have gone on to complete additional work for the client. I asked the client for their opinion on the work completed by SEI at the last health and safety meeting, they were very happy with the service provided and are looking forward to a long and beneficial partnership with them as an approved contractor. I have since recommended SEI to a number of clients, this is because I am confident that they will receive the correct level of advice and support, the workmanship will be of the highest standard, and they will become fully compliant with the applicable regulations and standards. This is a long overdue testimonial for Mike Skucha and his team at SEI Electrical. For any issues that our company, Afford Rent-A-Car has had, regarding electronic security and electrical installation and maintenance, there is only ever one company that we use. Excellent service by SEI electrical contractor,they installed me a fire alarm system due to insurance regulations changing has I’m a fast food take away , Mike the owner came in and designed where to put the new fire alarm how many smoke sensors needed to be installed and from ringing to completion 4 weeks and I must also add the installation was excellent has well the 2 guys who did the installation did a excellent job, very professional and helpful and spotlessly clean workers very impressed with them both . once they finished the install the senior electrician went through everything to make sure we understood how the fire alarm system worked which again was so helpful made things easy for use to understand, i would definitely recommend SEI electrical contractors and will definitely use them again in the future thanks guys for everything you did 10/10
