I called because I'd managed to blow the fuse using a toaster and lost all electrical power in the house. The electrician I spoke to over the phone kindly talked me through how to fix my fuse box and got all my electricity back on. He did it free over the phone! Excellent service. I would use again if I have any house electrical problems.

Excellent service from the outset. Received a detailed quote within 24 hours that I was able to tailor to my requirements and budget. Rob Owen Ltd. completed outstanding work from a previous electrician, supplied and fitted an additional key pad to the existing alarm system and advised, supplied and fitted a quality CCTV system for a very reasonable price. Except for a lunch break, the three electricians worked solid all day, one returning the following day to patiently demonstrate the system and answer questions. All three are excellent ambassadors for the company who I would have no hesitation recommending or have return if I need their skills in the future. Mr. Rob Owen followed up the work with a courtesy call and reassurance of the company's ongoing support. l
