We used J T Jarvis & Son for the installation of three light fittings and to mount our 65in TV onto the wall, as well as channel the cables through the wall. We were very pleased with the work from start to finish, from Helen's efficiency with organising the call out and quote, through to John and Paul's installation and general well-mannered approach. Would highly recommend!

Replaced a cooked hood and repaired a faulty light fitting. The workmen were polite, well-mannered and on time. Standard of work was very high, cannot fault it. Have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone.

Repaired the cooker hood which wasn't working at all, replaced a broken fixing on the filter cover, and replaced the front door bell. Excellent service at reasonable cost. Workmen were polite and friendly, and arrived at expected time.

This is a long standing family business. They have done a number of jobs for me in the last few years. The work is high quality, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Last night 23/12/19 I found a security light they fitted for me earlier this year was not working. I sent an email last night to explain, not expecting to get response until after Christmas. I got a phone call from them this morning at 9 am. They had read my email and understood the difficulty I would have in not having the light working. They said although they had a skeleton staff on as it is Christmas Eve, that someone would come out this morning. By 10 am, they had arrived, identified the problem and fitted a new light. I cannot express my gratitude for the service. This is going above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. It is important that we all support good family businesses like this.
