My 7.32m Ford chassis motorhome was due a service and MoT. Normally servicing is done at Evans Earnshaw in Walsall and MoT elsewhere in Walsall. Two journeys would be needed for both. I rang Golds, and after they checked if they could carry out both tasks, they said they could be undertaken. I asked for a price they quoted £115 inc VAT for both. The MoT being reduced from £50 as it was being done at the same time. EE quoted £115+VAT for the small service. The MoT would be done for £50 at the other location. Total £165. The receptionists were thorough and very helpful. The service undertaken and MoT were done efficiently. I shall be using Golds for my servicing in future. I can strongly recommend them.

Good service Ford dealer so not cheap, but my choice as given good service in the past including a walk round video of my major service. All work and parts guaranteed..

Very disappointed. Spoke to Jan on the 4th May regarding servicing and MOT on my motorhome. Jan said she would call me back that afternoon with a price. I’m still waiting for the call back. Get your act together Golds, your customer service is absolutely none existent.
