Just adding this review because some numpy left a 1 star review because the got petty over parking, saying he couldn’t use his drive properly because of how one of your vans was parked. Here’s the proof that the van isn’t blocking anything and him admitting that he can get on and off his drive. These are also his own photos, showing there’s not a problem 🤷‍♀️ I hope the 5* rating helps bump ratings back up 😊😊

Just had our electric check by Orbit, via Duo electric, young man called Will, came at near enough the time stated, was very professional, courtesy and friendly, did everything needed and was a Pleasure to have in our home, which was left clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking about any electrical work needing done. 10/10

Had duo electrical come yesterday 13.3.24. On behalf of orbit to electric safety check. First they send a young lad probably aged 18-20 yrs. Walked across my grass which was sodden then thought he coukd walk in my house with muddy boots. Then he had a phone call from his mates who then suddenly turned up . All 3 of them thought they coukd come in . I said no . They then started threatening saying we going to call our boss . Shouting we are coming in you dont own the house orbit does.. there was no big job jack needed help with. I dont like being threatenedand i did wonder why so many came . My thoughts were was they going to rummage . The receptionist called me to check on Jack is he ok . Why didnt she call Jack direct instead of being his mommy. I explained what happened which Jack confirmed and agreed this shoukd never have happened. I worry about a vunerable person who may have these very rude threatening young boys turn up in a gang. Shame on this company emplying kids without respect for people and thier homes. I hope you do an educational day on thier manners and how to behave
